Would having a website really help my business? How can my current website bring me MORE business? How do I use Twitter and Facebook to attract new clients? What is the benefit of blogging for business? Can I really build business relationships online?

A panel of experts will be presenting the information YOU need to get online marketing working in your favor. With more and more people searching for products and services online everyday, if you are not online, you are missing out!  Come to this event to learn how to turn the tide in your favor. By utilizing websites, blogging, email marketing, social networking sites (and more!), you can spread the word and generate new business.

We have a terrific panel of experts lined up:

Ann Daramola is a New Media Consultant with Radiant Matter Media. She has been working to connect real life communities with online resources for five years.

Kelly Flint is an Email Marketing Expert with Constant Contact.  She teaches email-marketing strategies that maximize the power of relationship building.

Emil Gallardo is the Co-Owner of Blue Sky Online, a results driven web design company. Emil started working in web design in 2000 when he purchased a growing e-commerce site and has been helping businesses utilize technology to become more successful since.

Yiana Palacios is the owner of Design Leap, a design agency that creates effective marketing materials for small businesses.

Linda Marshall Smith has over 12 years of experience in entertainment marketing, digital media, interactive marketing, and content creation and distribution.

Alaia Williams is a freelance consultant who helps clients achieve their new media goals, particularly in the areas of blogging, email marketing, and social networking.

Even if you already have a business website and a Twitter account, this workshop will tell you how to make the most of your efforts. Don't just do it - do it right! Our experts will teach you how. Many of the things you will learn about can be implemented right away for little to no money.

Each attendee will receive an hour of FREE new media consulting, a FREE website evaluation (courtesy of Design Leap),  a guide to online marketing, and other great resources. We will also be raffling off a couple of great items, including two copies of How to Say it: Marketing with New Media by Lena Claxton and Alison Woo.

Special opportunities and discounts on services are available exclusively to people in attendance.

Bring your business cards and come early to network with the other small business owners and professionals in attendance. Doors open at 6:00PM for Registration and Pre-event Networking. Event starts promptly at 6:30. Refreshments will be provided.
